    The BBC Micro at the start brings back memories ... on school breaks we used to sneak up to the computers on display in a shop (ZX Spectrum + maybe an Acorn or C64, I remember the ZX) and enter like a 4 line program to say something (probably rude )and also, and this was important, a random beep, set it off, then sneak away. Line 10 was a pause to give us time for the getaway after such a shocking deed.

    I wonder what the audience for this was? The chemical equation at 12:40 is hilarious but how many people watching the BBC at that time (or any time) understands any of it? This is comedy for the 1%.

    Did they use an old camera, or digitally alter the video to look old? It looks too good to be digital, to me ha..

      They used film cameras to give it 'that' old look. Film still has a better picture quality than digital.

    • @Zombytes
      @Zombytes 6 місяців тому

      Yeah i wonder what camera they used specifically, weather it was a vintage film camera, or just a modern one, it looks like they used a vintage one, but idk ha. I think they had a bunch of vintage stock footage, and mixed it with their newly shot footage, kinda seems like that. And yeah it does, as long as the quality of film is good! ha @@GreatGizmo74

    Science has gone too far, that I-calcius was harmless and in a controlled environment, we didn't even consider if there was any helvetica risk associated with it.

    british imperial measurements may as well be nonesense like this, thats what the world thinks when they hear "inches" and "miles" and "quarts" its rediculous nonesense words in british science, created on purpose to confuse people on purpose in a crazy priesthood of confusion where only cetrain people know how things work that normally would be nsuper easy for all to understand. theers power and monety in holding people back

    Really interesting to see the development of UK anti-intellectualism as a reflection of its US counterpart. No objectivity is presented not only as the greatest good - but the defining element of the strongest loyalty. This is a betrayal of Western society which should be premised upon 'questioning' (Miletus) when this stops - freedom stops. Just doing what America wants is leading the West into an abyss. If you want to know what ISIS is doing just ask their US paymasters!
